Mr. Farooq is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan with more than 25 years of experience in audit and due diligence.

Before joining the Firm as a partner, he worked in senior managerial capacities in various reputed audit practices and internal audit departments within and outside Pakistan.

His focused career in auditing brings him a high level of acquaintance with business practices, challenges, and accounting and reporting needs for multifaceted organizations, including financial institutions, manufacturing, trading, agriculture, oil & gas, commodities, and other sectors. He also heads the accounting advisory services at the Firm, where he assists start-ups in accounting best practices consulting and providing advisory and support on IFRS compliance management.
